Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rlwrld.org and the RLWRLD early access program, including the manipulation foundation model, Python SDK, and REST API (collectively, the "Service"), operated by RLWRLD K.K. ("the Company"). The Company builds foundation model software for industrial factory robot manipulation; users of rlwrld.org are primarily factory automation engineers and manufacturing organizations. By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

1. Agreement

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and RLWRLD K.K. (Hongo 2-40-17, 3F, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo 113-0033, Japan). If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" will refer to that entity.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have parental or guardian consent where required.
• Access to the RLWRLD early access portal and API is granted on an application basis. You agree not to share credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access API endpoints issued to you.
• You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service, or attempt to extract the model weights, except as expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law.
• You agree not to use the Service in applications where model inference failures could result in personal injury without adequate safety monitoring and safeguards in your deployment environment.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the RLWRLD foundation model architecture, weights, training methodology, benchmark datasets, and website content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by Japanese and international intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose during the term of your authorized access. No other license is granted.

4. User Content

You are responsible for all content and data you submit through the Service, including inquiry messages and deployment integration details. You grant the Company a limited license to use, store, and process submitted content solely to operate and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the early access phase. The Company makes no representation that model inference outputs will achieve any particular accuracy on your specific parts, robot hardware, or deployment environment outside controlled benchmark conditions. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory statutory warranties in your country of residence are not affected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid to access the Service during the three months preceding the claim, whichever is greater, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where non-excludable under Japanese law).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RLWRLD K.K., its officers, directors, and employees from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

8. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any breach of these Terms, on reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of these Terms will survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tokyo, Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

10. Changes and Contact
